Teaching Experience : Akis has recently completed his studies, at the University of Oxford, securing an MSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Prior to commencing the MSc Akis completed the Bar Professional Training Course at City University in London with outstanding results. Akis was awarded a First Class Honours law degree from the University of Salford, in Manchester, being ranked within the top 5% of his year. Upon graduation, Akis received an award for achieving the highest mark in the module of Family Law. Whilst studying, Akis obtained substantial mooting experience, representing the University of Salford in prestigious mooting competitions, such as the Essex Court Chambers Mooting Competition and the UKLSA mooting competition.
