Teaching Experience: Kelly is a Business and Commerical Law Lecturer based in London and a professional Law Tutor, Education Consultant and Mediator. She is an ex-Pupil Barrister who left the Bar due to family illness. Whilst working as a Pupil Barrister in a mixed common law chambers in Central London, her practice focused particularly on Family, Criminal and Property law. Prior to pupillage, she worked as a Legal Researcher for a Tier 1 Solicitors’ in London, she specialised in Extradition, Business Crime, Civil Litigation and Commercial Litigation. She also works as a Mediation Trainer, teaching students and professionals who want to qualify as Civil, Commercial and Workplace Mediators. She has an extremely impressive educational background including a First Class LLB and an LLM with Distinction which included Distinctions for two dissertations, one covering Criminal law and Criminology and the other covering Family law and Mediation. She completed her BPTC at BPP University using the prestigious Lord Denning Scholarship which she was awarded by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, she graduated with a Very Competent grade including an Outstanding in Criminal Litigation. Kelly works for LLT as an LLB, GDL, BPTC, SQE, LLM and Pupillage Tutor. For LLB and GDL students, she covers all compulsory modules as well as Family Law, Human Rights, Medical law and Jurisprudence. For BPTC students she covers all compulsory modules as well as Family law and ADDE (Asylum, Deportation, Detention and Extradition law).
